Overview

Sports Psychology is a relatively new sub-field of Psychology. This course explores the area and provides insight into how psychological factors, such as anxiety, motivation, concentration and confidence can affect performance in sports.

Requirements

This course is aimed at professional or voluntary coaches or those with a real interest in coaching. Participants will develop an array of mental training techniques that have been used successfully by both sports men and women and coaches.
