Overview
This short term diploma is designed for anyone with an interest in Irish employment law. Its purpose is to engender debate and discussion on some of the key aspects of an area of law that impacts on the working life of both employers and employees.
The course should prove invaluable for those with an interest in learning more about their rights as employees or their obligations as employers.
Meet the Lecturer
Michelle Quinn LL.B, LL.M
Michelle is a graduate of Nottingham Trent University and Trinity College Dublin. Having completed her LL.B degree in 2005 she went on to take a Masters in Laws. She is an accredited mediator, and lectures in Employment law at Independent Colleges.
