Overview

This short term diploma is designed for anybody with an interest in the legal issues which arise for those working in the entertainment industry.

This programme will delve into areas of law ranging from defamation, privacy and freedom of expression to copyright and the principles of contract.

Each student will be provided with the up to date course materials to facilitate discussion. The diploma will rely heavily on materials from other jurisdictions particularly, the United States.

Upon the completion of each module, students will engage in group discussion of various case studies.
