Ireland’s Wine Dream Team is back again to offer the popular Diploma in Wine and Wine Culture. Beginning February 2013 and running one evening a week for 12 weeks, some of Ireland’s most knowledgeable, entertaining and experienced writers, journalists, broadcasters and wine professionals will unlock, explore and explain some of humanity’s most alluring, complex and long lived creations.
