Dr. Maura Kelly, Senior lecturer at Independent College Dublin’s Law School was featured on Pat Kenny’s ” The Frontline Show” on RTE Radio to discuss the news surrounding the two proposed changes to the constitution. The first change is about cutting judges’ pay under certain conditions and the other concerns the powers of the Dáil and Seanad to carry out inquiries into matters of general public importance.
